We offer menstrual timing adjustment services using Planovar (a combination hormone pill) for patients who wish to delay or advance their period due to travel, holidays, or special events.
【処方内容 / Prescription Contents】診察指導料込（税込み４５００円）
- プラノバール錠（中用量ピル）14錠
Planovar tablets (medium-dose hormonal pill) – 14 tablets - 吐き気止め（頓服）: プリンペラン（メトクロプラミド）10錠（最大10回分）
Antiemetic: Primperan (metoclopramide) – 10 tablets (as needed)
※余った薬剤は、1年以内を目安に次回も使用可能です。
*Remaining tablets can be reused within approximately one year if stored properly.*
【方法 / How to Use Planovar】
★ 月経を遅らせる方法（推奨）
Recommended: Postponing menstruation
- 月経予定日の5日前から服用開始、避けたい日まで毎日服用
- 中止後2〜4日で月経開始
- 妊娠の可能性がないことが前提
Start taking Planovar 5 days before your expected period and continue daily until your event ends. Your period will usually start 2–4 days after stopping.
・ 確実性が高く、体調管理もしやすいため、最も推奨される方法です。

■ 月経を早める方法（要注意）
Advance Menstruation (Use with Caution)
- 月経初日から5日以内に服用開始、10日間連続服用
- 服用終了後2〜4日で月経開始
- 周期が乱れるリスクあり
Take Planovar within 5 days of your current period for 10 consecutive days to bring forward the next period.
・ この方法は難易度が高く、医師の判断が必要です。
【注意事項 / Important Notes】
- 服用は最大14日間まで。長期使用で血栓症リスクが上昇します。
- 旅行・試験・挙式など特別な予定がある方は、3週間以上前の受診が目安です。
Planovar should not be used for more than 14 days continuously. For best results, consult your doctor at least 3 weeks in advance of your event.
【副作用 / Side Effects】
軽度：吐き気、乳房の張り、不正出血、頭痛
Mild: nausea, breast tenderness, spotting, headache
以下の症状があればすぐに受診してください：
- ふくらはぎの痛み・腫れ（深部静脈血栓症）
- 突然の頭痛・視覚障害
- 胸の痛み・息切れ（肺塞栓症）
【服用できない方 / Contraindications】
以下に該当する方は使用できません：
- ホルモン感受性がん（乳がん、子宮体がん）
- 重度肝障害
- 血栓症の既往
- 35歳以上かつ喫煙者（1日15本以上）
- 重度高血圧、片頭痛（前兆あり）、糖尿病性血管障害 など
