L-<\/strong><strong>\u30ab\u30eb\u30ce\u30b7\u30f3 \u2014 acts as a potent scavenger of reactive carbonyl species, reduces oxidative stress, and inhibits metal-catalyzed glycation, thereby preventing AGE formation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr
