were recently featured on NHK&#8217;s &#8220;Torisetsu&#8221; program and have attracted attention for their roles in diabetes, cardiovascular disease, dementia, and even frailty and fall risk in elderly individuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AGEs\u3068\u306f\uff1f\uff08What are AGEs?\uff09<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>AGEs\u306f\u3001\u7cd6\u3068\u30bf\u30f3\u30d1\u30af\u8cea\u3084\u8102\u8cea\u304c\u7e4b\u304c\u3063\u3066\u3067\u304d\u308b\u300c\u7cd6\u5316\u30b9\u30c8\u30ec\u30b9\u300d\u306e\u6700\u7d42\u7523\u7269\u3067\u3059\u3002\u3053\u308c\u304c\u4f53\u5185\u306b\u84c4\u7a4d\u3059\u308b\u3068\u3001\u3055\u307e\u3056\u307e\u306a\u7d30\u80de\u306e\u6a5f\u80fd\u3092\u60aa\u5316\u3055\u305b\u3001\u75c5\u6c17\u306e\u767a\u75c7\u3084\u8001\u5316\u3092\u52a9\u9577\u3059\u308b\u3068\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AGEs are harmful compounds formed through glycation, where sugars bind to proteins or lipids. Accumulation of AGEs in tissues leads to cellular damage and contributes to aging and chronic diseases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u3010\u5b9f\u969b\u306e\u7814\u7a76\u3011<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul report that high AGE levels in the elderly are associated with increased fall risk, lower muscle mass, and greater frailty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u3010\u53c2\u7167\u7db2\u9801\u3011<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
